Auto Detection and Default Tenant

Upon connection Live Platform automatically determines the devices firmware version and matches the Service Provider domain configured in the Tenant settings with the domain FQDN contained in the Keep-alive message that is sent from the device. For example, 'sandbox1.finebak.com'. The Auto-detected devices are then added according to the following:

When the domain FQDN of the device matches the Service Provider domain, the devices are added to the Auto-detection region under the matching Service Provider tenant.

When there is no FQDN match, the devices are added to the Auto-detection region of the Default tenant of the Live Platform server instance.
